Ezpada AG was privately founded in April 2004 by individuals with a long-standing experience with the European energy markets. Ezpada AG is a Swiss stock company with a holding function in Schaffhausen.
EZPADA s.r.o.
Ezpada s.r.o., a wholly owned subsidiary, started trading actively in July 2004. Main business: Trading and marketing of electricity on European markets.
EZPADA uniquely links the Western and Eastern electricity markets utilizing both OTC wholesale markets and energy exchanges. EZPADA is a direct member of the European Energy Exchange. EZPADA’s client portfolio consists of European electricity generators and distribution companies.
In addition to its three executive directors EZPADA has more than 20 employees, half of which are traders.
The EZPADA Group sells electric power to customers throughout Europe. Therefore EZPADA buys and trades electricity in the wholesale markets (OTC markets and electricity exchanges).
EZPADA is in the position to connect the energy markets of West and Eastern Europe with each other and to exploit arbitrage opportunities between these markets.
